1. The title of your book.
2. A brief description of your manuscript.
3. A one-page synopsis of the book.
4. A sample chapter.
5. A brief summary of each chapter.
6. Your name and contact details.
7. Your qualifications to write the book.
8. The date by which you think you will have the book finished, or if it has already been completed.
